Kathy’s Story

Kathy has always had a driven intention on all ventures throughout her life. She has embarked on flipping multiple homes, designed her personal spaces with touches of seaside charm, and has helped neighbors and friends in her Cape Coral community. Her intention for home design came from serving her talent through creating a relaxing getaway for friends and family — but now continuing to help find the warm and inviting feeling within her clients spaces. Drawing from the light and bright elements of coastal minimalism, a calming home truly comes alive through thoughtful details and guidance.
